I really like the new way that HMH is dealing with patience.. the staff was very caring and friendly.. the only draw back is it took me back a little to just get into the hospital.. I am handicap and there is not enough parking up close.. it's for Dr's An such An those spots stayed open the whole time I was there, but I had to park in the garage An get wheeled into the facility
It's been a positive experience so far. The staff has been very attentive to making me feel comfortable.
My wife had surgery,entire staff were excellent before and after the surgery, they get 5 stars, my only complaint the next day my wife never received breakfast and after her nurse called 4 times still no breakfast so I had to leave the hospital to go get her food, not sure why this happened but patients need nutrition especially after a major surgery. Overall a very positive experience.
Hardin Memorial Hospital is a joke because they don't even run the right tests
