The Emergency Department leaves so much to be desired and all they can do is give attitude and excuses for their short comings. I understand that HMH is serving 10 counties and that puts undue stress on their resources. However, this should have been considered when the hospital was revamped and staffed. The work environment is reflected in the staff attitude, staff patient care, and the quality of care patients receive. So, no I do not recommend HMH. The problem with Hardin Memorial Hospital is it is understaffed. Got to hospital with my mother at 5 PM and she got to her room at 1 AM. The ER was not crowded.They only had one person for transport for entire hospital. From standing in the doorway in my mother's ER room, watching her Doctor run from room to room, it appeared they only had one Doctor. I have been through this same rodeo with my mother at Norton and we had my mother settled in her room and on our way home in 51/2 hours. I must say that Hardin does have great ... read more
You left your customers scrambling to find new health providers in your Clarkson office. That shows you do not care for your customers only there money
I had a severe migraine and Saturday my husband took me to the ER and for the.first time in several years the waiting room was empty. We maybe waited 10 minutes total to get checked in and into a room. The PA was super nice and helpful along with our nurse. I was really impressed. But on our way out the waiting room was packed. I just got lucky thank goodness.
Er doctors were very polite and showed compassion. I fell in my heart doctors driveway. Broke my nose in two places and required seven stitches on my knee. We live off of disability checks no run or money left for much. My husband called about getting me new glasses. Well he got nothing but the run around
I had a wonderful experience in the labor and delivery department. I was extremely pleased with the quality of care I was given. Every person was supportive, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. I was kept well informed and felt at ease with each doctor, nurse, specialist, and consultant. I am thankful for a fantastic birth experience!
the doctors do not care at all about your pain whatsoever. I came in with a dog bite on my knee and I told them i have a physical and training for a job the next day. They didn't prescribe anything beside the same anti-inflammatory you could get at a store which doesn't help at all then even commented that it would hurt a lot more the next day when i have my physical and training and still refused to give me anything better for pain for just one day.
