It just seems like they really don't care. Like the doctors just want to get you in and out. It would be different if they actually took the time to really try and find out what's wrong with a person. My fiance as come to the E.R. with severe stomach pains, enough to cause a seizure, when they couldn't find any reason for the pain, they just said that it's probably woman related
The Emergency Room employees violate hippa laws and make fun of patients when they don’t think they are listening. It’s pretty sad they can’t be professional and quit their potty mouths cursing. It’s sad that they run there hospital like that.

I have always been treated well when going through the ER! I worked there for a while .. Great place to work Also ... my life was saved there ... Cardiac Arrest while working there! Jess on the PCU unit saved my life!
Beware of the ER, and how they bill. My teenage daughter has Humana insurance coverage thru my husbands employer with a $250 ER copay. I paid the copay during the visit, days later I received a bill from Elizabethtown Emergency Physicians saying the we owed them almost $600 for seeing my daughter in the ER because they are not in network for Humana. HOW can you operate an ER in a hospital that is IN network with doctors that are NOT?!?!? I questioned the bill and was told to appeal with the insurance company, which I have do... read more
Took my three year old in and was triaged, escorted to a room, left sitting for three hours, blood everywhere, no nurse doctor nothing, no ice pack, ended up leaving without being seen, then denied a copy of my consent form because they stated I wasn’t seen in the hospital. Was never even offered a towel to clean up my little girl. I will never go back the trip to Louisville will be worth it. Pretty ticked off at a nurse that works there . My brother had a drainage tube put in his back a week ago because he has a 3rd kidney and they had to drain the infection. Before he was released, they removed the tube . Last night it started bleeding , so he went to the hospital . The nurse he had acted like it was no big deal that it was bleeding bad enough to cover half the bandage . She never attempted to request an X-ray or anything .
