Yesterday I got my hair cut by matteo and I asked for a trim I said very clearly I didn’t want much off and I didn’t like my layers much and and have been growing them out for years but instead of listening to my request he cut them so short and there and strands of uneven pieces it is one of the worst haircuts I’ve gotten and i genuinely don’t know what to do

I go to Jayne and she is very knowledgeable about the different hair colors and tints. I am always happy with the results!

He has such a great eye for detail and clearly knows his craft—my haircut turned out even better than I imagined. It’s stylish, easy to manage, and I’ve gotten so many compliments already.
