Recommendedwas upset with my info put in wrong however after calling today and spoke with Victoria, finally happy so far. Victoria went above and beyond to fix the issues even making phone calls with me on the phone to get everything verified and corrected!!! Victoria did not hang up until everything was corrected and appointment set. she is the only one who did this. You are amazing and you rock Victoria thanks so much again!!!
If you want to be treated like a valued customer, go somewhere else. Evidently they are so busy they dont care. took over a week to get an appointment and they still didn't get it done.
Ordered wrong windshield with all info given to then. Very unorganized.
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. A branch cracked my windshield all the way across 2 weeks ago leaving me limited visibility to safely drive my car. Since then, I've gone out of my way to accommodate their schedule, only to be canceled on LAST MINUTE 3 times in a row. Do yourself a favor, call a different company that actually gives a shit about their customers.
If I could do no stars I would!! Many underlying problems from a "windshield replacement"!!! What!!! People they are NOT training their techs and Customer Service is non existent!!

I've always had great service with these guys. I do alot of highway driving to get to work, and am constantly on the receiving end of rocks being catapulted into my windshield. This company comes to your home, which is super convenient, bills your insurance for you, and always has polite, efficient, hard working guys come to your home. Will always be my number 1 choice in auto glass repair. Thanks for the great service today!
