We signed a fixed price contract with JM building in October 2022 for which they tendered in August 2022. Our expectation is that since they have inspected the site a few times, took their time (2 months) to prepare and agree to a fixed price contract, they should be able to complete the agreed scope of works at the agreed price and agreed timescale. The reality is that they reported issues after attending for 2 days and asked to reduce scope of works whilst not reducing price reasonably. It took us two months to re-negotiat... read more

JM Building Developments built a large architect-designed single storey extension to our home. The design was complex, and unique but they did not shy away from delivering exactly what was required on time and in budget.
