Jamie claimed they were professionals but unfortunately their work proved otherwise. We hired them to do utility room and I paid 50% deposit before they started. Skip never arrived as promised and they dumped everything in our kitchen and garden. Every job they have done had to be re-done, because it was poor quality and not up to standards. I have contacted Jamie to refurbish my rental property on March 2023, he promised to Start immediately and complete the job within a month, initially we were planning to refurbish the upstairs bathroom only and refurbish the entire house with paint and carpet changing however Jamie mentioned that the downstairs bathroom also was not functional and need to refurbish, as I trust him, we have agreed whatever he said and slowly he requested payments to purchase material, he was quite persuasive and I paid 80% of the payment. After being let down by a plasterer for a minor Job, Jamie responded to my looking for recommendations. He was able to fit us in for the end of the week, and was reliable and responsive, getting the job done nice and quickly with no fuss. Really pleasant to deal with and left the place clean too! Will happily recommend him to others going forward

We had our kids bedroom fully stripped back, re-plastered and painted from top to bottom and what a transformation J&L have done, and for a fair price. Jamie and Lee are two of nicest people we've dealt with and nothing we asked of them was to much. We will definitely be calling upon their service again in the future. Highly recommended.
