Very unprofessional company. Unfortunately you will have to deal with someone called Michelle. Consistently let down. You could send 10 emails over the course of a few months and get nothing back. When you finally get hold of them, they're incredibly rude and will get nothing done. AVOID.
Unless you want complete disappointment, avoid these crooks.
The absolute worst business I have ever dealt with. Michelle is the only point of contact and I have never spoke to someone so rude. How she is still employed there is beyond me. We’ve had issues with our new build for over a year. She lies all the time. Pretends they’ve ordered parts. They send round totally incompetent workers. We had 7 (seven) call outs to sort our plumbing and electricity and in the end had to sort ourselves. Avoid them at all costs.
