We had a new roof & gutters about 2 years ago. The gutter is drooping down right in front of our front door. We contact them since we were promised such a great warranty. The first contact we were informed there would possibility be a $200.00 charge, then a few days later we received a call saying the charge would be more like $800.00. I do not recommend this company. They do NOT stand behind the warranty, I hope they do not treat us the same way should we experience a problem with the roof~!

They did what they said and said what they did, not only with a thorough well written explanation, but with photographs. They got up on the roof, went into the attic and took pictures of EVERYTHING. They showed us before and after pictures of the wood rot and the amazing repair work they did. They showed up ON TIME, EVERY TIME. The workers were extremely polite and considerate of our property.
