From day one when the estimator came his professionalism and obvious knowledge of roofing very impressive.
Mr. Jimenez was more worry about the money than a complied with the work of my new tiles roof, he tall me it will be ready on August but after many messages some times with out any answers the roof was finished finally in October. his asistente was laing in accordance with him to giveme an honesty answer in Ref. to when the roof will be finessed Martha
We had a new roof & gutters about 2 years ago. The gutter is drooping down right in front of our front door. We contact them since we were promised such a great warranty. The first contact we were informed there would possibility be a $200.00 charge, then a few days later we received a call saying the charge would be more like $800.00. I do not recommend this company. They do NOT stand behind the warranty, I hope they do not treat us the same way should we experience a problem with the roof~!
JJ Quality Builders and James are professionals and when they say something, their word means something! Their recommendations to fix our roof problem and performance thereafter, fixed our problem permanently. Thank you!
