Awful . Looks abandoned from the outside not much better inside . Dirty decoration .carpet and furniture. Tv did not work . Loose banisters rails .windows don't open . Awful
Could not go here due to a sudden death in the family so we tried to cancel which got declined felt we could have go something like sorry to hear of your situation but we won’t refund absolutely nothing! So glad we didn’t stay here reading the reviews hopefully you can put my money towards cleaning and doing up your shabby hotel
When we first arrived, it took a long time for them to answer the door so we could check in. This hotel is good for an overnight stay but not for a few days. The room itself was okay minus the cracks in the ceiling and stained carpets. The issues we had was there were fag butts and other rubbish left under the bed, one of the wall lamps were broken, there was no bin provided, the TV in the room did not work, we were not given any tea bags, only coffee, there was 1 pillow per person (ended up buying more to get a comfortable ... read more
Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights, we were greeted by a lovely member of staff who was extremely accommodating and told us everything we needed to know. After climbing what felt like Mount Everest and arriving at our room, we were greeted by quite a dated bedroom fit for Jeffrey Dahmer himself.
