Friendly motivating group of girls made to feel welcome ..
I have been going to Jinfit for years. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. I can not praise Jin enough for all the words of encouragement and support I have had from her over the years. I have lost over 2 stone during a weight lost programme over a year ago and kept it all off! There is a wide variety of low impact and cardio work outs to suit all levels of fitness and ages.
