Best price and service around. Use to be a royal customer to carpet right and Jim’s carpet was the independent retailer I didn’t know could offer the same variety and service

If i could give a minus zero stars i would. I was quoted an exhorbitant amount for a carpet underlay and fitting when the makers of the carpet already told me the retail price. Dsisgusting try on,stay away from this place. I have just received a phone call from Jims Carpets. Maybe he thought he could intimidate me. He should not have done that as i will noy hesitate to contact the police.

So pleased with our LVT flooring from Jim’s carpets - it’s exactly what we wanted for our new space. Having compared a few places, the price was really reasonable and the service was brilliant. We were on a deadline as we are expecting a baby and they managed to move the fitting forward a week to give us a bit more time. Big thank you to Simon from Jim’s and Wayne the fitter - they were both excellent, would absolutely recommend.
