The service department is great! Steve is very knowledgeable and shoots it straight. My 2005 GMC Yukon just turned 300,000 miles and I thank the service department for a lot of those miles.

I went into Jimmy Gray Chevrolet on October 2nd and again on October 20th for service. Both times my battery was completely drained and the check engine light was on, the service department only charged the battery and stated nothing else was wrong. After continuing to drive the car it stoped when I’m driving it and the radio shuts off(not auto stop) and I’m afraid I have an electrical problem. I asked to be provided with a loaner car until the service department could completely diagnose my car and tell me what the problem ... read more
