Wow this dealership blew me away with customer service. Out of town without my husband and my car messes up. Pulled in and Jacob Watkins checked out my car at 5:00 at night told me what it needed, told me they had the part and would get it done next morning since we where just there for the night at a work conference. Loaned me a car to get us back to the hotel and called after lunch the next day to come get my car. It was even CHEAPER than he told me it would be. Susanne & Em were broke down @ 6:00 in the morning at a stop sign. The car would not move. She called me, and I had to physically push the car out of the road. Had it towed to Jimmy Gray Chevrolet thinking it would still be under power train warranty. Mr. Smith we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hate that the transmission failed. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about GM's factory warranty coverage. That is out of our control. However, my Service Director did inform GM that they should help, wish there was more we could do.
I wouldn’t do business with this dealership if it was the last one on earth. Do you really think that it is okay to do a trade in and not get it out of the other person’s name? My mom traded her truck to this dealership 6 months ago, who sold it to Auto connections in west Memphis AR who then sold it to someone else who got busted at the border with over 500 pounds of marijuana. We have talked to your parents and have explained the misfortune confusion in which Jimmy Gray Chevrolet was not at fault nor were your parents as we did process the paperwork that shows release of ownership of your parents to their trade and gave them the original copies and they completely understand. However, I am so sorry that this happened, wish there was something we could do.
