Just came home with my new Chevy equinox last night! Everyone was very nice and helpful but especially Rodney our salesman. He was very patient and knowledgeable, and made it a wonderful experience!
I came in to jimmy gray back in November and the salesman acted like he could care less and was not knowledgeable about the 2018/19 Silverados I was looking into buying. He googled the answer to every question we had. (I could’ve done that) When we said ok we’ll just go across the street and look at the Buick/GMC dealership he could care less! My husband took his 2015 Silverado in for repairs after an engine light came on. Jimmy Gray’s kept his truck 12 days and did not do one piece a of repair to his truck. He will be taking his truck to Chuck Hutton for repairs. If Jimmy Gray’s couldn’t do the repairs in a timely fashion, then they should have told him on Day 1. I wonder if they know what Customer Service really is.
