Rude and not willing to negotiate.
Wow this dealership blew me away with customer service. Out of town without my husband and my car messes up. Pulled in and Jacob Watkins checked out my car at 5:00 at night told me what it needed, told me they had the part and would get it done next morning since we where just there for the night at a work conference. Loaned me a car to get us back to the hotel and called after lunch the next day to come get my car. It was even CHEAPER than he told me it would be.
