My husband Trey and his family have given Jimmy Gray Chevrolet in Southaven business for YEARS. All of their vehicles have come from them. Trey's truck that we purchased from them in October was recently in their shop again. They had it for two weeks, and finally offered us a rental to drive. As soon as we left the parking lot, a gravel truck flung a rock and it put a tiny star in the windshield. Trey did the honest thing and we made them aware of what happened. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately since the loaner is a new vehicle and offered for sale as a new Vehicle, we are required by General Motors to replace any repairs with Genuine GM parts, not aftermarket. Again, we do value you, Trey and your family’s business.
Ive had an airbag connector problem with my Cruze since I bought it. The agreement with Jimmy Gray Chevrolet and I was to make sure it was fixed or replaced. I’ve had the car since Oct. of 2015 and it was yet to be fixed and it wasn’t from lack of fussing to them about it. Thanks to Ultimate Tire in Hernando they took care of the problem the first time.
