They are very incompetent. Have brought truck 3 times for brake replacement after a used truck I bought and was promised it would be done. Each times brakes have been neglected and not fixed. Tried another time to bring it back and everyone acted as I was a burdon. Do not attend this dealership.

Mark was very friendly and helpful. He introduced me and mom to the finance officer, and service dept. Afterwards Mark showed us every luxury of our new car. He was SUPER. I hope to purchase my next from him.
Earlier this week I was traveling through Southaven and my transmission went out on my truck. I was lucky enough to limp it in to a weigh station. I called Jimmy Gray Chevrolet and they had a tow truck to my location within 20 minutes. Unfortunately all the local rental companies were already closed. Nick in the service department was kind enough to give me a ride to the Memphis airport to get a rental car. My experience with Jimmy Gray Chevrolet was all I could have expected. The sales man, Kevin, was very knowledgeable about the Camaro's, I test drove the car, I loved it. Kevin assisted me in finding the exact one. The 2015 Camaro is so much fun. Its a dream come true. The staff at Jimmy Gray Chevrolet are top notch.

Will never buy another truck from this dealership I used to own a 2006 chevy 2500 hd With the best warranty for a used truck cost me an additional 3 thousands dollars as i was told by my salesman it was a bumper to bumper warranty and the warranty didn't cover crap. Location has smart elic shop managers. I can't stand the customer service from there and now I know somebody who is getting the same amazing customer service I had. This place is a joke. Would rather bash my head against a wall then deal with them again.
