Just tried the new west location. Food was not very good but the waitress at the breakfast bar was very nice. She made all the difference. Maybe I'll stop in for a milk shake sometime, but that would be the only thing I order.

Sat at table for 50 minutes waiting for food !!!! Couldn't wait any longer so left.
I usually get great service from this place and this morning on my visit with my children I was accused of trying to use counterfeit money to pay my bill. Needless to say that I was very offended. I just paid with other money in my wallet and drove straight to the bank only to have them tell me that the people at the restaurant didn't know how to use the counterfeit pen they had. Second time I've been to the west location. Our waitress was crying while serving us the first time. Today the hostess cried! Food took forever both times. Waffle was cold today. East side location is better.

Go early, service is pretty bad after 8pm. Good food, hit and miss with service. Was a HUGE FAN when it opened and had fantastic service, it didn't last long. �
I love the breakfast its damn good anytime of day... Mmmm,,mmmm
It's been over 30 min, and I'm still waiting on my scrambled eggs.
