The service team there is awesome, Ford couldn’t get parts for my brand new superduty for over a month now. Been driving around with no heat or ac, no tail lights, no power windows and just a mess of issues. Tim and his technicians found a way to temporarily fix it and get me back up and running until ford gets the parts in. From now on I’ll be purchasing my pickups from them.
After taking about 6 months to get the defect in our seat fixed. They replaced the seat cover. This was after finding out a person that used to work in their service department never submitted the claim to Ford for review. I was told that person is no longer with them, let go. Last Oil change, that person kept pushing services I didn't need. Good for them to make things right.
