Anybody want a car come to Jim ternary Ford. They where fast and friendly with me. They got me approved for a car with in 5 mins. Within 1 hour I was out driving my new scat pack. I didn’t have to wait 6 hours for a car. So I recommend coming here Dominic Farace is a great salesperson. He’ll take good care of you. Go see him

I bought two new trucks and only got service from another local Ford dealership until today. Trenary Ford was above and beyond all expectations. Tom Pace in sales was no pressure and allowed me to drive two different trucks back to my house to show my wife without any hesitation. I’m a Trenary customer from now on

It was our first experience with Jim Trenary Ford. We arrived with a plan to drive 3 cars. We were promptly greeted and were driving the first car within 5 minutes. Everyone inside the showroom was very friendly and helpful as well. We were treated like their most important customer, even though it was our first experience. The salesman was helpful and very informative but not overly pushy and bothersome. While test driving the first car the salesman had the other two cars ready and warming up for us.

Just purchased my Explorer from Jim Ternary and I can't say enough about the excellent. service!! This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased with salesman Ed Rapien. His knowledge of the vehicles sold at this dealership is phenomenal!! I highly recommend Ed Rapien at Jim Ternary Ford when anyone is looking for a vehicle.

you knowing sold us a 2017 ford f250 truck with a known safety concern called the death wobble. THEN made us pay for it = total new front end. its a scam that plays with people's lives. Dont buy Ford

I went to Jim Trenary Ford just a week ago in desperate need of a vehicle, mine was getting old and I couldn’t keep up with the repairs. I walked in and immediately knew I was in good hands. Dominic F was so very nice and took good care of me. I got a new car and they took care of everything and made it simple and easy. I highly recommend going here if you are looking. 10/10 thank you!!!

Very poor customer service. Car just shut down today in the middle of the road. Was told they couldn’t help me until Monday, didn’t have a car to loan me, and that I could call enterprise to rent a car. Also would charge me to have them use the machine to see if my vehicle codes. Had routine oil change in November and they forgot to reset the sensor. Was getting change engine oil soon message 2 days before this happened.
