I have purchased 2 trucks from Ternary Ford. Both experiences were good ones. But the maintenance and service leaves some doubt in my mind if I was to recommend them. Basically I took my Ford Maverick into them for an oil change. The oil change alone cost me over $91.00. When I expressed my displeasure on the customer service survey. My wife and I were traveling from Iowa to Arkansas and developed trouble with our F150 ford. We had been hunting and knew we could not get home with the truck issue. We looked up a ford dealer and found Trenary ford. We arrived there at 7:30 am and explained our issue to Cameron Wheeler. He said they were extremely busy but fit us in immediately. I had popped into Jim Trenary Ford to have the service department balance the wheels on my truck. I was expecting to have to make an appointment, but that was not the case. Instead, the Service Advisor, Jerry K, set the service order up, and I got the service completed within a short time. Jerry was pleasant, informative, and personable.
