I went to 4 different dealerships looking for a new vehicle. Only Jim Trenary offered the exceptional customer service that I was hoping for. They went above and beyond to help me find the right car for my needs and helped tremendously with financing. Their office was comfortable and all the staff was friendly. Tom was our salesman, and I highly recommend him and Jim Trenary Ford.
We broke down with a load of horses on our way from Texas to Ohio. This dealerships service manager Carly Leininger jumped thru Hoopes to get us back on the road thank you!!! And the first dealership Marshall Ford would (not) do anything to help us!!!!
