Well my husband and i are pretty upset with this dealer bought a 2012 gmc acadia from them not even 30 days after purchasing our new gamily car we had to have it repaired for a fuel pump and two lines that wasnt covered with the warranty they gave us then they said that it was fixed we shouldn't have any problems now it's leaking gas out of my exhaust system and my family is stranded in town with no car terrible service
I work in Wentzville and decided to go to this dealer vs my normal dealer. I wanted fuel filters changed on my diesel. I got right in at 7:30 and didn't leave till 10... simple job.. well it was cold but when I got out of my truck it was 170 degrees... they pulled the truck I to heated shop to change my filters and then once done they couldn't get my truck to start...I told them it had air in system...burp and cycle key... they swore it was jelled up... how truck ran fine when I pulled in and was 170... My husband and I just bought a Ford Explorer from this location. Aaron Sutton was our salesman and did an excellent job, making sure we knew how things worked on our car before we left. The finance guy, I believe his name was Mike did an excellent job getting us a good loan. Will be doing business here again.
My experience with this dealership was nothing but awesome. Dominic my sales rep was patient and determined and not pushy at all. He did a great job. The financing part was a breeze and Quick. They had me in and out of there in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and I will definitely be back to buy my next car. And I also want to thank everyone for staying late last night to get me in my Camaro to drive home.
