I bout my 2012 Ford Focus here and had non stop issues with the powershift transmission. I took it in, they replaced the clutch under my warranty. Still no fix. I take it back again and they said there wasn't anything more they could do. Handed me a piece of paper saying this how my car "is supposed to run". I went in to the parts section to get some help finding a valve seal for my ford focus. The employee was awkward, was not interested in helping me in the least, and beat around the bush in giving me a straight answer of "we can't help you here". Needs to learn what customer service is. Won't return.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Price-Gnade(specifically Ed Rapien), and am extremely happy with my experience. I was able to find the vehicle I was looking for while staying in my price range. I had a small issue with something minor on the interior, but by the time I picked it up the next day it was fixed! When I got there to pick it up everything was ready for me, and I was in and out in about thirty minutes.
