I worked with Jim's associate, Joe Wise, in purchasing a home. He great at helping assess homes that would be a good fit. When going to see places, he was very flexible with times and offered great advice. Would highly recommend working with these guys.

Responsive and extremely knowledgable about the Boulder area. No high pressure which I personally appreciated. Although I did not purchase at this juncture I would definitely go back to Jim. He and his support staff are top notch !

Jim and his team are great!!! Very professional and enjoyable to be around and work with. The Real Estate world can be filled with people trying to make a sale but Jim and and his team (Specifically Joe Wise) are there to help you enjoy the process and make you feel comfortable in this new adventure. Highly recommended.

Jim was instrumental in helping me with my first residential purchase. Having worked in office leasing for a number of years I have a good understanding of commercial real estate, however, my knowledge of the residential process was very limited. Jim was very helpful throughout the entire process and his knowledge and professionalism helped make the transaction a success.
