Joseph Wise was phenomenal. He helped my husband and I find our dream house very quickly. We were able to do everything long distance and with only two days in Colorado we picked the perfect home and placed a bid that was accepted. I would recommend him to anyone!

Jim was very helpful throughout the entire housing process. I purchased a house, and sold it three years later all through him. Jim was very responsive to my needs for a residence in Boulder Colorado. I was able to define my want and requirements and immediately was given many listings to preview. He was able to get showings on my time frame. The homes I chose were made available and Jim included other listings that he suggested I look at, determined by my lists. Mr. Thomas and his team were a pleasure to work with. The entire team answered questions promptly and politely; were very supportive to us even though Mr. Thomas was the buyer's agent (we didn't use a a selling agent). Jim was extremely creative and helpful in managing and selling a significant property owned by a trust after the occupant moved out of town (and none of the trustees are local) as well as providing excellent insight into the best approaches to conclude a successful negotiation with the ultimate purchaser.
