We had a great experience purchasing our Boulder home through Jim Thomas. He went above and beyond for us which was especially helpful since we bought our house remotely from across the country. Whenever we found a house online we were interested in (which was often) he was quick to view the house for us and send back pictures and provide insights. Very prompt, professional, and friendly! He was quick to respond to text messages and email which was great. Definitely recommend!

Being a buyer from out of state moving to a completely unknown area, Jim and his associate Amber could have not made the process easier and more comfortable. They wasted no time in searching for homes, negotiating and so quick to get paper work done.
