We could not be happier with our experience with Jim Thomas and his whole team! They were absolutely wonderful. Always quick to answer any questions or concerns and always kept us in the loop on the whole process. We wouldn’t think of using anyone else if we decide to move again!

Jim and his team were very helpful in finding and buying a house that met our needs. He took the time to find out what we wanted and sent us info on many properties that came up on the market. He showed us several houses and was patient, but not pushy, answering our questions immediately, or getting the answers in a short time. Once we had found a property and were ready to make an offer, he walked us through the process, recommending various services as required, until we signed the papers.

Excellent, calm, motivated and a superior staff! Every question was answered, he and his staff were very patient with me, they listened, no question was ever too 'silly'. We are currently working on another contract with Jim for December and will continue to use his services.

Jim was absolutely wonderful, and I ended up not even buying a house. I was in the rental market trying to find an apartment and Jim was helpful 100% of the way through even though it would not benefit him in any way. Jim even went to the place I was looking to rent from and did his own digging and research for me!!!! He went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. Very welcoming feeling as I’m making the move from FL to CO. 10/10 will hit Jim up for my home buying needs when I need one :)

Jim and his team (mainly Amber) were amazing ! He originally helped me locate a facility that we thought would suit our corporate needs. After due diligence, we realized that there were certain deficiencies that could not be rectified. I walked away from the deal. After all the time he had invested, he could have walked away from me in frustration. He did not. Jim and Amber were friendly and knowledgeable, really listened to what we wanted and understood why, and then were very responsive in finding appropriate options for us. This was a 1031 Exchange and so involved some fairly tight windows and Jim helped us navigate that process so that it was not at all stressful. We can recommend Jim and his team totally and without reservation.

Jim and his team took care of us during the entire process, providing excellent advice through each step in the process of subleasing our commercial space. He negotiated with our landlord to maximize the value of our sublease and his experience helped us get a great tenant quickly.
