Jim Thomas negotiated the sale of two very special lots for my familys' partnership. I had tried other highly recommended realtors with no luck. Jim was professional and was excellent about keeping me informed as to what was going on. This was high on my list of realtor qualities. He got us a price that was satisfactory to all parties. I would recommend him without qualification.

Jim represented the buyer who bought my commercial building in Boulder and I was so impressed with him that i hired him to help me find and buy a new building. He also recommended parceling my warehouse into smaller units and help me to get it leased. As noted above, Jim is very knowledgeable, hustles, communicates and follows up very well. He is a gentleman, a professional, a very nice guy and now a friend. I intend to team up with Jim again.

We met Jim when we moved to Boulder and were looking for rentals. In spite of the fact that we were not in the market to buy at the time, he graciously helped us out. He visited prospective rental properties with us, advised us and was very attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to use him when we are in the market to purchase.
