Very professional, clean and attractive environment. Daniel Lee was our service advisor and kept us updated with accurate timely calls and texts. Repair took several days including troubleshooting but doing the job right often takes time. Thank you for providing us with a loaner vehicle.

I was traveling from Central Ga to Charlotte, NC in my newly purchased Buick, Enclave on August 8th when a minor but aggravating problem occurred. Called my dealer and they stated the problem needed to be corrected at a dealership. Wow, 5 minutes later I come upon Jim Hudson dealership. Couldn't believe my luck. Tommy Batts was the first person I encountered and he too agreed it was a simple fix. He showed me to the customer lounge and 5 minutes later he was back to get me. My biggest issue was that appointment was on the 22nd, But my car wasn't looked at until the 23rd. I was told on the 22nd that they were just getting ready to look at my car around 2 when I called for an update; but that was obviously an untruthful statement since it was the next day around noon when I was informed of the diagnosis. I was told that staffing shortages were the primary issue but if I was made aware of this on the 22nd, I would have opted to change my appointment.
