Great Service, Thanks for the car wash but I didn't ask all the question I wanted to.
Yeah my car salesman was wonderful! I had no problems with that part. But after that had a problem with service they were rude and things never got done. THE GENERAL MANAGER Robert will not handle any business. I guess he is to scared to do his job.
I had some extensive / expensive work done on my auto while I was on vacation. I supposedly was to get a tune up, radiator replaced, transmission work, brakes repaired, oil changed, etc. I noticed the next day that my auto was worst. It was sputtering, took forever to change gears, oil light was on, etc. I took it back to the dealership just to be told that they didn't see anything wrong. Last Thursday I dropped off my Acadia to get serviced. Prior to that my husband had been on and off the phone all morning with Bill at JH GMC and with GMC trying to get our car accurately diagnosed and fixed... even got a loaner car since I had to be at work shortly after. The service dept was so very helpful, kind and helped me transfer everything from my car (which was a lot with 2 kiddos in booster seats, baseball equipment, plus my work things) to the loaner car and sent me on my way. The service department should be ashamed. We took our GMC Acadia in last Friday to have a recall repaired and to have the A/C serviced. Well here we are 1 week later still without our car and to add insult to injury, we have an extended warranty on the vehicle and they let the paperwork sit until the day before Good Friday. Of course, the warranty company is closed so we either have to pay the balance in full or they are gonna hold our car hostage until Monday. This was not our fault.
