Not impressed by the experience with Cadillac service today. Makes me thankful we use Johnson Motor Co in Augusta. I expect service advisors to be honest and candid in their conversations. Two hours for a tire replacement is absurd. Never have I seen a Cadillac dealer not wash the car before giving it back, especially considering the grease left on the door panel, navi screen and steering wheel...
The service department is awesome. We recently had an issue with our 2012 CTS while in Gainesville, FLA. The dealer in Florida gave us so much hassle and wanted to charge us over $300 to fix the car. We called Jim Hudson and spoke to Steve Amick. Steve was so gracious, helpful and understanding. He told us not to worry about it and since it wasn't something that would damage the car, that he would like at it when we returned to SC.
