I purchased my Buick Encore from JT's Kia, and it needed a somewhat major AC repair shortly after purchase. JT's has done their best to keep me informed, but I haven't had my car for over 30 days now ( May15). As of June 16, JT's called to update me that they couldn't get an update or estimated time of completion from the shop at Jim Hudson. My car issue is covered under warranty, and I expected it to take a few days, not A MONTH. #bringbackAngelascar
