I had our GMC envoy in for a small repair, great service, as always. Mr Neil Mosley, always makes sure everything is taken care of for us!
Wanted to say thank you to Tom Mackay and all the other folks at Jim Hudson Buick that helped us pull off a wonderful surprise. They worked with us long distance to pick the perfect car to surprise our daughter. Tom was extremely accommodating right down the supplying us with a big red bow! He even stayed late to see her surprise. Again thanks to all involved. She is very happy with her new car!

I met a wonderful employee at Jim Hudson. His name is Tommy Batts. Everytime I come to Jim Hudson he has given me first class customer service. No matter what problem I have large or small without a appointment he is there to help with a smile. Today I had the opportunity to go to Jim Hudson without an appointment to get my phone paired to my car. I had been having problems with this pairing thing. I recently had my SUV serviced at JIm Hudson GMC and I have to say I've never been more satisfied! Thanks to Christopher my service advisor who was very diligent with getting my car diagnosed and back on the road before the holidays. I made the mistake with bringing my SUV to Capitol where they kept my vehicle for a week and kept giving me the runaround when my vehicle would be ready. Jim Hudson has my business now and always will, thank you sir!
