I leased a car from Jim Hudson 3 years ago. Loved the sales lady we had. As our lease was coming close to an end we met with Larry the sales manager to see our options. NEVER again! What a jerk. So rude and unfriendly. Has the attitude like if you're not going to buy now don't waste my time. We met with him twice and still the same attitude. So we took our business else where. Where our business was appreciated! Everything was great with Jim Hudson during our lease until meeting with Larry.
I brought my G6 in Thursday for an oil change, on my receipt it stated "topped off all fluids". This morning I discovered fluid had leaked from my car, I brought it back to you guys to evaluate. You guys tell me it was my coolant. You mean to tell me that the coolant leaked wasn't discovered on Thursday...that's bullshit. I had to pay $254 to repair the coolant leak...I believe in my heart that my coolant was tampered with. I had nothing leaking from my car prior to bringing to your establishment. Y'all need to do better!!!
The service dept. is a rip off, They will charge you a deduction you have to pay when you already have the warranty coverage, poor Manager service also, they are taking advantage of women. Also lying about service done, excuses, excuses, excuses.....
Worst experience ever! Not only did I have shady service when I tried to take my current vehicle there for service recalls, but my husband I and were going to buy a new suv from them, made an offer and the salesman never called us back?!? We even left a voicemail with sales manager and he never called us back. We were and are so confused? I guess they were not interested in selling a vehicle.
