I am past fed up with StateFarm. I have been a customer of theirs for a very long time. Recently I have ran into bad luck I guess. For one I own a Kia so my vehicle was targeted a couple times to be stolen. Then I moved and my items were stolen and damaged. Not to mention the place we moved to originally I was unable to continue staying there because of a sewage back up that occurred the day after we moved in. I have a flood mitigation complain with State Farm. I was given the names of three flood mitigation companies by my local State Farm rep. I used one of these companies after a freeze event in Dec 2022. The recommended company (***** ***), came and did the flood mitigation. During this process, they did not do a complete dry out of the home. They refused to attempt to dry the crawl space. During the process, they also removed portions of the vapor barrier. As a 35 year customer, I filed a roof claim with State Farm. The first adjustor showed up as scheduled. After an issue with the inspection, I asked for a re-inspection and almost one month later I received a call from the new adjustor to schedule the re-inspection. After agreeing on the date and time, I contacted my contractor who was to meet the adjustor at our home to go over the inspection. The adjustor for the re-inspect never showed up or called. State Farm Insurance is a joke. there are the worst one.. no more. switching Insurance company for my home and cars. Switching my business work tracks to another insurance as well. I was with these guys for the past 10 years. never made a single claim. few weeks ago. There was a hailstorm and my roof got hit a big time. I was rear-ended by a driver who has state farm. Thank goodness I do not!!!!!! I've tried to no avail to speak to a human being all week. Someone finally calls me, tells me to check my text messages as info will be there and hangs up on me as I'm in the middle of asking questions. Horrible customer service. I understand they are trying to get out of paying since their driver is at fault but to be further traumatized after the accident is unacceptable. What are you up too or hiding State Farm Insurance! I was watching television channel 252- Lifetime and 260 WeHD both State Farm commercial comes on - all in Spanish and no sub titles in English anywhere. So is State Farm selling something different to the Latino community that they don’t want the majority of American English speaking citizens to know about? We experienced a total loss on our rv and contents from a fire. Our experience with state farm was horrific. We were outright lied to several times by multiple employees of state farm. They attempted to rip us off on the rv for over $50,000 . We had total replacement value on our policy. And they still tried to cut our payoff by over $50,000. They made us wait 5 weeks for the payoff. The rv was our only home. So we were forced to rent whole We waited on them and being assured they would pay all our expenses up to the payoff.... read more

I've been a loyal customer for state farm over 10 years now and suddenly I get a call from them that they are dropping my insurance because my husband got 2 speeding tickets 4 years ago. When I asked them to explain why that mattered they couldn't give me an answer or even wanted me to try to correct whatever is going on. I will never use state farm ever again.

I have State Farm Car insurance since 1990 .Road side service is horrible. I was on hold for almost a half hour. I locked my keys in my car. A fellow State Farm insurance holder also called. She was placed on hold. She had to leave to go pick up her children from school. State Farm never checked on me. I ended up calling a friend to pick me up so I could get my extra key.
