I had a car accident on 4/21/2020 state farm (Ben Tullos office shreveport La) last contacted me on 6/19/2020. The claim still has NOT been completed. I try to call the office they cant tell me anything. But they can send a letter in the mail canceling my insurance for the wreck and they still haven't even gotten the police report to see who was at fault!! They were quick to get my business but, when it comes to claims, it's all about denying them for profit. I have had three different roofing companies out to my home to check for hail damage after a hail storm occurred. 90% of the homes in my neighborhood have received new roofs or in the process of getting new roofs. We have ten hail hits per square on over 50% of the roof. My grandmother had insurance with State Farm Greg Morris Insurance in Mocsksville, NC for around 50 years. State Farm decided to drop her policy because she had two claims in one year. One claim was due to a tree falling through her roof and another was due to a claim she was not aware of when a man told her she needed a new roof and filed a claim. FIRE STATE FARM INSURANCE NOW AND MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL ALL ACH PAYMENTS AND STOP PAYMENT ON THEM. I CANCELLED MY POLICYS. ON 8/25, I SENT 4 EMAILS AND CALLED THE OFFICE IN OXFORD. THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS DONE. NOOOOO THE ASSHOLES ACHD ME ON 9/1. CAUSING A RETURN FEE BECAUSE I CALLED THE BANK AND HAD THEM RETURN IT. I AGAIN CALLED STATE FARM AND THOUGHT WE HAD FINALLY SETTLED EVERYTHING, SAID THEY'RE GONNA PAY MY RETURN FEE. . WHAT HAPPENS TODAY? THEY RE SENT THE ACH THRU AGAIN! This is the worst service I have ever received. I have been stuck waiting for roadside assistance for 6 hours. I’m constantly talking to a new person that I have to explain again what’s happening, they say they will call me back and never do, I’m on hold for the 8th time for literally an hour now, no one will help find a tow, even their supervisor won’t pick up the phone and lies that she will get back fast. This has been the worst experience ever. DO NOT USE.
State Farm claims were fast, courteous, and fair on the estimate of damage to my auto from a storm.
Hit a deer it did over $10,000 in damages. Used select service shop first time I picked my truck up paint was coming off after 2 days and it pulled the shop did correct the problem but after picking it up a second time still pulled I again complained for the body shop to call StateFarm and tell me the damages to my truck wasn’t from the accident feel free to get a second opinion. I was also told by StateFarm to take my truck and get an estimate The body shop called StateFarm to discuss the additional repairs that were needed to be told that they were not going to except another estimate nor were they going to authorize any repairs they were done claim was closed
I have had my car financed with State Farm Bank for 4 years. Yesterday, I woke up to my car missing. Knowing I did not miss any payments I looked at my cameras to see what happened to see it getting towed at 1:43 am. I called State Farm bank on 8/26/2020 at 8:45 am and spoke with Nathan. He was the rudest person I have ever dealt with and told me he has seen all my car payments that I do keep record of on my account and couldn’t tell me why they repo my car. A person insured through State Farm hit me in an accident along with two other people. State Farm told me over the phone that they would pay out the full value of the vehicle. The next day they said they had made a mistake and can’t pay out. now I have been trying to get in touch with someone and it’s nearly impossible. How can someone not be legally liable if they say they are gonna pay and then they can’t do to their on interest. Sounds like I need a lawyer.
