What a big disappointment! Nice people who have no clue about running a business. Weeks passed with no action on my accident. If I had not gotten involved, the claim would have dragged on and on. I can't believe this is supposed to be a gold-plated company! If I had an enemy, I wouldn't steer him to SF. Bad service, poor communication, little/no knowledge. Recommend? Definitely not!
Horrible Company!!!! After 27 years with the company, I have 3 cars through them and have had my home for 10 years. I had a $3,000 claim the first year, a $12,000 claim 6 years ago and unfortunately I had to file a claim due to storm damage, Not only did they keep putting me off by telling me they cannot inspect the roof due to snow, but the send me a CANCELLATION NOTICE!!!!! They aren’t going to even continue with the claim and I am stuck with water damage and a damaged roof! I guess they are great if you never need them.

Terrible company. Must have called 10 different days trying to speak to a manager. They tell me I can't but will leave a message to call me back. Never any call. Found me 20% negligent in an accident where their insured went through a stop sign and hit the back end of my vehicle. My 86 year old mother was just informed today that as of March 1st, she will be dropped by State Farm for her homeowners insurance. She has had her home insured through them for almost 50 years. They say it is because she has had 4 claims in the last 10 years. I guess the free money the got for the rest of the years didn't compensate. The claims were small and necessary. Liars and thieves. I have been a State Farm customer of some sort for 25 years. They will take your money and spend it all on advertising, but they will never pay a claim. My house was damaged in a hailstorm in August 2029, it's now February 2021 and I still have no resolution to my claim. Horrible agency! I've had 40 years of experience working with State Farm in various capacities and I can tell you the Bob Parent Agency has been the absolute worse to reach and deal with. When you call, you will never have a live person answer the phone; it's a menu you have to wade through and if you are lucky, they will call you back but don't count on it being the same day! Called 3 times within 30 seconds. Clearly I don't want to talk to you! I will not switch companies. Said it was because of spam calls. Yet you're spamming me. How crappy of a business practices to call over and over again.
As of February 6, 2021 State Farm Web page is still showing my home owners insurance payment past due in the amount of $2,947.59 and this was paid on January 29, 2021. I have talked to State Farm several times about this issue and no one seems to care about fixing the problem. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! If you are looking for insurance I suggest you look elsewhere!
Never in my life have I been more disgusted with an insurance agency then with State Farm. I added a non daily driver, and they jacked up the rate by nearly $100. They also ran a credit check without permission. The ads about caring, all lies. They only care about stealing your money and not about helping you.
