So I have been a State Farm Policy Owner for over 35 years -- we are talking home, life, and auto. Last week I received a cancellation letter of my homeowners policy. No warning whatsoever. I was advised it was due to my son (who is not on the deed of the house) failed to provide his drivers license to them. Fact #1: he did. State farm will cancel you for licence expired even though you can not get in to dmv due to covid19 and not being able to get a appointment in time.

Just wanted to thank a very sweet lady that I met that at rouses off of Johnson Street across from Giles automotive that works for State Farm Insurance Agent chase Desormeaux I think she can bring a lot to the table for anyone that needs to have Insurance so give her a call at State Farm Insurance chase Desormeaux is her boss if I'm not mistaken I think her name is Rechelle she has a great personality that is out of this world.

If i could give 0 stars i would. They dont even deserve to have 1 star. When i added my 16 year old to our policy, it was a nightmare. After3 months they still didn't have it correct. I had to deal with about 5 different people And the worse one to deal with was Andrew McConville. After about 2 months of having the same issues i got an email from him stating that the person i was dealing with had been fired and that he would be more than happy to help me. at 4:30ish on 11/14/2020 I called State Farm do discuss my policy and I was transferred to talk to guy who presented himself as James. He wouldn't stop interrupting me and was raising his voice at me. His exact words were "..listen..listen..LISTEN, IF YOU JUST LISTEN TO ME i can explain you...".Really? Would not recommend State Farm Insurance to anyone. I would rate them a -0-. We had a fire insurance claim. State Farm never reconstructed our home as the policy stated. State Farm just basically stated they were not responsible and washed their hands of the claim. They were very happy to accept our annual premiums but not helpful when we requested their help. If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother and I had were in our house parked in the yard when a young boy crashed into all the cars in our front yard. If You Have State Farm Please Stay Away! When you have a claim, deal with this company is a nightmare they will do anything not to pay !!!
