I will not be using, NOR will I recommend State Farm to anyone I know! I got into an accident a couple weeks ago, and the guy who ended up on my case didn't speak to me AT ALL the ENTIRE investigation; and even said I was found at fault because "we need to hurry up and move on from this case". As a victim of an accident where the other driver was a State Farm member I have had the worst service ever. They refuse the move the complaint along until they talk to their member, despite the fact that the driver was cited by the police for improper backing. My partner has been a customer of State Farm and agent Betsy Warner for more than 25 years. We have our home and car insurance with State Farm. When our home was flooded with a mixture of rain and sewer water on Labor Day 2020, we called Ms. Warner to let her know what had happened and to file a claim. If You Have State Farm Please Stay Away! I trully wish I could give them zero stars. I have been trying to get help to fix my roof for 4 months. Since I put in my claim for weather damage in May; I have been given the run around. First claim representative I had did not respond to my calls. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Absolutely despicable company. I live in a condo unit, and my upstairs neighbor's toilet had a leak which came down into my bathroom and caused damage. I notified my neighbor immediately, and they filed a claim with their insurance (State Farm) in order to get someone out to my place to repair the damage. Not helpful at all!!! Unfortunately, because of certain circumstances, I have had to stay with this company for a while, however they are full of surprises! If I could give zero stars I would. I was a client of Chris L****** for many years. I always paid on time and they screwed up my coverage by canceling one of my policies without my notification. I ended up having a medical emergency which caused me to crash into a fence. I went to file a claim and was told my main car I was driving’s coverage was terminated when I added an additional car to my policy. Fair with my home damage claim,able to replace my roof and siding from hail damage. Very time consuming though process 2 months to complete but understand situations from storm. Adjuster treatment was excellent and personal .Adjuster was very fair in his estimate.
