Absolutely never buying a car here again. The process of buying was quick and painless of course but everything after has been absolutely horrible. My car is a lemon and falling apart after I bought brand new and Jim Click has done nothing nor has Nissan. Definitely contacting the Better Business Bureau on this as after a year I am still having to bring my car in constantly for problems that should not be occurring. Very unfortunate but never again will I or my family use Jim Click or Nissan. Do not recommend to anyone.
I haven't bought a car here so my review is based on my one and only visit while looking for a new car. My impression is that this is a sloppily run dealership. I felt like my visit was an imposition on the salesman who apparently drew the short straw and got me. Of course, it looked like I was only customer there. The salesman didn't seem to be listening to what I wanted and when asked questions gave me answers that didn't jive with what I had read.
