It is now 2:37 pm. Been here since 10:10. Was told 2 hours. Update: We were approached by the service manager well into our wait. Appears it was a miscommunication. The two hours was for the original work we requested. We upgraded to have more service done, but did not receive a new time estimate of 5 hours. Our service advisor, Alex was friendly and personable, and other than the time issue, we were happy with him and the service.
Took my car to the collision center and the staff was very unprofessional, poor customer service, won't stand by their work, made up excuses when questioned about their work, and they will write you off quickly. The only thing that we agreed on was work that was done by a 3rd party was done poorly. They won't even go an extra inch to make sure you are taken care of properly and I would not recommend taking your vehicle here at all.

Very disappointed in the maintenance for life. Took our Jeep in and they indicated wouldn’t honor their maintenance for life contract unless we purchased tires - of course they just happened to be having a tire promotion- it sure seems like their service guys are bonused on whatever they can upsale. We will definitely not purchase from Jim Click again- would much rather purchase from an ethical company.
Customer service was impeccable, the transaction smooth, and all of our needs were met.
