Worst customer service in Tucson! Safety recall for airbags, told it would take up to two hours I ask how much longer , “we told you three hours “ No shuttle service, stuck in waiting area. Horrible service and communication!
I found out there were 3 recalls on my 2013 Altima. not only did Jim Coixk Nissan pick up my car and bring it in for service but they had it back by 4 and it was washed and clean as a whistle. A BIG thank you to Andrew and Carlos who made this happen. Best experience with a car ever
