Complete lack of service convenience. Did an early walk in to have oil service done and tire rotation. I was then told it would two weeks before they would beable to service my vehicle. By then it would be over due for its oil change service. I’ve never experienced this issue before. But the service advisor Bailey wouldn’t even make an attempt to try and get my vehicle in for my convenience. I feel completely disrespected. Thank you jim click Nissan for you lack of service.
bought a 2016 sentra and they added service for life without my knowledge, a year later a decided to trade my sentra and reviewed my sales contract, and lost all my $1200.

The people and the office were awesome. Really didn't expect to enjoy waiting for service, but everyone was friendly and we were completely comfortable while waiting. Emma is a rock star! Highly recommend ♥
We were taken on time, got a good tire sales pitch (really), got shuttled to and from the shop with little waiting, and the job was done earlier than expected.
I purchased my vehicle at Nissan; however, I was never able to get a decent appointment time for my Maintenance For Life oil change appointments. I have always gone to Kia for said appointments, received great service, and good appointment times. At my 25,000 mile appointment I decided to try the Nissan Auto Mall location again. I figured as I have a Nissan, I might as well let their Service Department handle the car.
