Took my truck to be serviced only to find out it takes a certified mechanic 2 hours to replace fuel filters. I have done this my self in 30 minutes. The air filter takes 5 minutes to replace took an hour. I will not return to Jim Burke Dodge.
RecommendedEverything was explained to me up front. Staff was great and even had a loaner car provided as there were multiple recalls to be taken care of plus regular maintenance. Thanks for making it all so smooth. Thank You Chuck for getting this all done.
