This dealership ran my credit under false pretenses and an amount we hadnt agreed upon. I wouldnt have even known if I hadnt asked for the paperwork first before putting a deposit down that they had never changed the price to our agreed amount. When brought to their attention, I had to talk with his manager whom said it was a misunderstanding and were never going to be able to sell it at the amount the salesman and I had agreed upon. Very unorganized. Went in with an appointment with the assumption the car was ready to look at. Sat and waited for 20 minutes while they found a "sales person" to help me. Then waited another 20 minutes to get the car pulled up. Had a loan already approved but that was not good enough for them. All of a sudden I'm getting emails with a credit inquiry notice. WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! !! Drove 3 hours to get there because I liked the car. When trying to purchase th car they hit me with $7,000 worth of "hand written" fees including $2995 for a *************************** something. After an hour of negotiating that down I threw in the towel because I just need the car for my daughters birthday so paid way above market value. Signed all paperwork on 7/31/24 to take delivery of a new 2024 Mirage on 8/2/24. Do not work with Sara ******* or Alex ******. These individuals will sugarcoat the deal to get you a vehicle with huge payments that overvalues the actual cost of the vehicle. Read all fine print, do not fall for their sugarcoating tactics. If you do not have perfect credit, these individuals will lure you in like a huge fish and wont let go until you payments that will be double or even triple of actual vehicle cost. Ive purchased three Mitsubishi from RC Mitsubishi. I wanted to say that their staff is very professional. They are very knowledgeable about their products and I really helped me understand all of the intricacies of plug-in hybrid. I love it. I would highly recommend the dealership. They are Family owned and operated. seems like employees have been there very long time. And their coffee is great
