LIARS AND THIEVES! when you are about to close the deal they make you leave a good review to get a good deal but its a lie!!!They had told us that we were closing the deal for $27400 and that included taxes and fees but had ** leave a good review. ?? turn out my bill just got here and the total is for $31,500.WHATCH IT!! They have you sign the contract pretty much blindly! I would never try to buy from these guys. I would give a 0 rating if I could. I saw a vehicle there on 5/10/23 and the sales manager called me later that night saying that the car was mine, and that he would call me later that evening to discuss the details. He never called that evening. Next morning, 5/11/23, I called them NUMEROUS times to finalize the deal, starting at 9 am, and they did not return my calls. I was promised that they would mail me the second key to my ********** Jetta as well as that it had remote start. I drove hours to get it as most manual transmissions dont have that. I asked and confirmed several times that it did in fact have it but it doesnt. I was also never mailed the second key that was supposedly at their other office and have tried to call and email many times and have gotta no where and its been 11 months since I purchased the vehicle.
