I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the front axle damage on the used car I purchased from your dealership just three weeks ago. The vehicle in question is a ********** Tiguan 2019, and I completed the purchase on June 2nd, 2024.Upon a recent inspection by a certified mechanic, it was discovered that the front axle is damaged. Hats off to ***** the **** I came in after 5 pm for a test drive, mind you they close at 7 pm. My test drive was a 23 Outlander SEL with dealer plates. I drove it alone and was sold on it. ***** ran the numbers after 6 pm and qualified me with an APR way below what another dealership had offered, even after a hard inquiry. She worked hard for that sale and had me out the door a few minutes after closing time. No pressure, up front about pricing, warranty and add-ons.
